Please read carefully before booking. Make sure you meet any age restrictions for your chosen piercing. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled. All clients must complete the consent form before their piercing. Your session will include a full consultation to ensure your piercing is suitable and safe.

Do I need to book an appointment?Yes. All appointments must be booked in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-in appointments may occasionally be available and will be announced on my social media channels when possible.How old do I need to be?Minimum age requirements vary depending on the piercing. Please visit the Consent & Age Requirements page for full details. Clients under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian where applicable.What payment methods do you accept?Cash and card payments are accepted.What should I do before my appointment?Please: Eat a meal within a few hours before your appointment.

Bring valid photo ID if required.
Wear suitable clothing depending on the piercing you're having.Can any piercing be refused?Yes. Your safety always comes first. A piercing may be declined if your anatomy isn't suitable, you're feeling unwell, appropriate consent or ID cannot be provided, or the procedure is considered unsafe.What if I feel nervous?Feeling nervous is completely normal. Please let me know before we begin, and we'll take everything at a pace you're comfortable with. If you need to pause or take a break at any time, just say so.Can I bring someone with me?Yes, you're welcome to bring one person for support. Due to limited space within the treatment room, additional visitors may be asked to wait outside.Do you use a piercing gun?No. All piercings are performed safely using sterile, single-use needles. Piercing needles are safer, more precise, and cause less trauma to the tissue than piercing guns.What if my anatomy isn't suitable?Not everybody's anatomy is suitable for every piercing. An anatomy assessment is carried out before every procedure, and if a piercing isn't safe or suitable, an alternative placement may be recommended or the procedure declined.Do you offer consultations?Yes! Consultations are free and are perfect if you'd like advice on jewellery, piercing placement, anatomy, healing, or if you're unsure which piercing to choose.
